Waiting

Ross was waiting Akshat (my younger brother) to come back from college. I love this expression of his :-)

Little bites

This squirrel, which I spotted at the Lodi Garden, was a professional model and did not let a photographer's enthusiasm disrupt its eating ritual. In fact it remained in the perfect pose for enough time for me to click it.

This is the first time that I managed to click a close-up of an animal other than that of my pet dog--Ross. I hope you all like it.

Happy 2nd Birthday Ross!

Ross, our labrador dog, turned 2 yesterday. As a treat, we took him to India Gate. This is Akshat, my younger brother, playing with Ross at India gate.

Posing at India Gate!

Preparing for the stunt.

Getting in the zone.

And this is how we jump! :-)

Properly trained, a man can be dog's best friend.

This is Ross. He is growing. And I am growing to love him more with each day. :-)

Ross- 1 year, 1 Day Old

I failed to pick a favourite from these two photographs and decided to post both of them. Ross was at his best behaviour, and NO Kris, he is not as whiny as David Schwimmer. He is an extremely calm and angelic dog.

After some five biscuits, which he loves to jump and then catch, Ross obliged me to do a photo-shoot in the wee hours today.

Thanks for all your wishes.

And a Bow Wow from Ross, coupled with several wet licks and sniffs. :-)

Happy Birthday Ross!

This is my lil pup, Ross (named after the character Ross from the American Sitcom FRIENDS as he failed to respond to Joey and Chandler)on my lil brother Akshat's chest. This photograph was clicked a almost year ago. Ross was around 22 days old then. Today is his first birthday. Will post his current photograph tomorrow. I had never thought the day would come, when I would say this... But I love dogs and particularly Ross. :-)

Paw

Doggy paw. This is unfortunately not my pup's paw... he is still too young to be able to leave such a big footprint. This is the paw that I clicked in a dog shop/salon/restaurant/hotel in Karol Bagh. The three storey building has anything and everything a dog might need or not need. I liked the paw motif that decorated the place. I bought a coat for my dog, named Ross after the character Ross in the American sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S. When we bought him home he refused to respond to Joey or Chandler... so we had to settle for Ross. :-)He is a black Labrador, now nine months old and is feeling a little chilly with the onset of winter.
