This is Gurdwara Rakab Ganj, located just 5 minutes away from my house. This is a Sikh temple and was decorated for the occasion of Baisakhi, which is a harvest festival celebrated across the various states of India. The Gurudwara was looking like a jeweled crown with the beautiful lights.

Wrapped Around Your Finger

I had decided to gift myself my first Diamonds, this Diwali. This took me to the jewelers, where I selected a ring and asked the jeweler to reduce the size of the ring according to my finger. He took out this whole bunch of rings to find my size. After trying several of them it was found that I am a size 13. :-)Waiting for all of you to complement my ring! Hehehehe :D

Handicraft Bazar, Gole Market

This is the Handicraft Bazar, or the Cottage Emporium in Gole Market. This beautiful shop is walking distance from my house but is not easily spot by people new to the central Delhi area. Hiding in the back lanes of the Gole Marlet, the Handicraft Bazar is a treasure trove of various beautiful clothes, jewelery and artifacts. If you are in Delhi and want to pick up some nice things, you know what to do. Simple, tell me and I'll take you there. :-)
