Celebrations with a Christmas Hangover

I am extremely happy to share that Delhi Photo Diary has crossed the 1 million hits mark. Icing on the cake, this feat was achieved on the blog's third anniversary! Thanks for visiting, sharing and commenting on the blog for the past three years! I hope to see a lot more of you and show you more of my beloved city!


Dilli Haat decided to be a part of the celebrations by continuing to be in a state of Christmas hangover.

March Theme Day: Passageway

Delhi has several historic monuments spread across its length and breadth. Today is the March theme day and the theme for the day is passageway. Here is a passageway from a tomb in Lodi Garden. Will bring you more photos from Lodi Garden in the coming weeks.

Today is the festival of Holi. Some of my friends and I had a pre-holi bash over the weekend. From the left, this is Bhawna and Ankur (engaged to be married soon), Charu and the newly-weds- Sanjay and Uma.

Theme Day: Glass: Glass House At National School Of Drama (NSD)

This is an installation in the National School of Drama (NSD). The photograph was clicked sometime last year. A man, sorry but I forget his name, had attempted to live in a GLASS house for a month. I thought it was innovative but I would never do something even remotely similar.

This photo was clicked by my younger brother, Akshat. He is on the threshold of giving one of the most important exams of his life.. the 10th standard boards. Please wish him all the luck.
