This is Phooli, a woman, who makes and sells bangles outside the Dilli Haat complex. I had a fun talk with her and she convinced me to buy a dozen of these colorful bangles. These are a good buy to gift and if your are greedy like me to keep them all for yourself.

I have just discovered your blog and have signed up to be a follower. My wife, Julie of Scottsdale (Arizona) Daily Photo, and I loved our visit to India several years ago. Your photo today of the woman selling bangles is the type of photo that my wife loves to take. We have a hallway in our house with 13 photos framed on the wall of portraits of people in India who my wife photographed, and she has more such photos in her office. People love them.
