Jai Hind

Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (Railway Station)in Mumbai where the terrorists opened fire claiming several innocent lives.

With a heavy heart... Delhi today prays for our countrymen and foreign nationals trapped in the worst terror attack ever that is still continuing in the financial capital of India, Mumbai. May the perpetrators be brought to justice as soon as possible and peace be on the bereaved.

Democracies don't go to war against each other, and by and large they don't sponsor terrorism. They're more likely to respect the environment and human rights and social justice. It's no accident that most of the terrorists come from non-democratic countries

I'm also so shocked! So many innocents killed and injuried! And still counting... India didn't deserve this, it's not fair! My thoughts are with everyone out there, especially the remaining hostages.

The Mumbai blasts have exposed the government’s failure to combat terrorism, which has not only claimed hundreds of innocent lives but also endangered peace and harmony.

All that the government seems to be doing after every attack is to condemn the dastardly act and instantly go into hibernation.

I share the grief and the shock of the families, Indian and foreign, whose members were killed in the dastardly attacks. The immediate task before the Maharashtra government should be to remove the sense of insecurity that has gripped the people of Mumbai on the streets, in public places, and within their homes.

Its horrible & very insecured feeling. we as a citizen should be more alert & aware. Government on other hand should be better prepared and learn its lessons....its been 25 yrs now when India is facing terorism....hope Mumbai returns to euilibrium fast.
My support goes to all fellow citizens and all who died including those brave hearts security forces aho gave their life.
we will win battle against terrorism.
Jai Hind!

As bad as it gets

@ Avinash- sorry but i disagree with you here as terrorism has nothing to do with type of Government (Democtratic/non-democratic)as terrorism has no morals, religon, face & boundaries. Its absolue madness.
