These are artificial falls at Talkatora Gardens that have not seen water for several years now. However, this part still is beautiful to me. The blue and the green with the beige of the old cement works as a combination in this one to make it beautiful.

But why is there no water in the falls ???? is it because there is scarcity of water or is it just not maintained ???? sad! i think it would have been a beautiful sight with the falls.
sure must have been very pretty with the waterfalls!
