Bob Dylan says, "The answer my friend is blowin in the wind" but I beg to differ. I think books, reading and opening the young minds to possibilities beyond terror and communalism is the only way the global menace of terrorism can end.
And like
Kris said, Loads of hugs and kisses too would work their charm.

Hi... my comment has nothing to do with this particular post. I am writting in to express solidarity with the people of India.
I guess the only way to fight such acts is to move on with life like they never happened. The more the world reacts in fear the more the terrorists will be motivated to strike again.
Learning is finding out what you already know, Doing is demonstrating that you know it, Teaching is reminding others that they know it as well as you do. We are all learners, doers, and teachers.-Richard David Bach
In answer to the Wizard, another way to fight terrorism is to have a defense ready for those dastardly acts. If what I've been reading is accurate, India will need some global help to protect its country. What a sad affair, and it is my hope that countries can work together to wipe out these fanatics. Such a state of affairs for humanity when humans act worse than animals. Now to your photo: long ago when I visited Delhi, I saw and enjoyed lots and lots of vendors, but don't recall anything as magnificent as this book store. Read on!!
pic is good but thoughts are bit too hi-fi 4 me....nice one....
Couldn't agree more that reading is the answer to more awareness, education and information which in turn can lead to the peace you describe.
A beautiful sentiment beautifully expressed.
But Priyanka how many people leave alone youngsters read books these days....how many of them have the patience to go through value education and moral science....how many children understand what a conscience is ???? If children today wake up to the sounds of gun shots and sees bloodshed everywhere....what would he know what are the other colors of life???? I almost dread to see the future.....but then we have to move on in life and we have to try and practice what we preach specially in front of the children. Lets hope if not books than Music can help us see to a better future.
