Theme Day: Lines: Waiting in GPO

A queue is often called a line in India. Here I have a line of people standing in Gole Dak Khana (General Post Office or GPO) waiting for the postal clerks to answer their respective queries.

Oh my, the very worst kind of line. I'm never a patient waiter. Good choice!

Rightly said Priyanka. I often wait in queue at the railway station to buy a ticket, and tell my li'l Krrish 'We must stand in the line' and then realise I'm teaching him the wrong words when he innocently asks 'Mummy, yeh line hai?'. Then I quickly add 'It's a queue'.

Nice interpretation of 'Lines'.

Take care of your health, get well soon so then you can slurrp kala khatta golas :-)
