Being the capital of India, Delhi hosts a lot of state festivals. I was fortunate enough to be invited by a friend and fellow blogger, Charu, to witness Purvottari, SPIRIT OF THE NORTH-EAST. The music and the festivities of the function were mind-blowing. Here are a few singers dressed in their regional best.

I always try to get as close as I can to some things so that people can see things they never have seen before.
I like the photo of the Spirit of the Northeast. I like the colorful costumes too.
