Delhi Police

The slogan is painted on all the Police Control Rooms (PCR) vans of the Delhi Police. Though many people have really funny, or sometimes really sad stories to tell about the corruption of the Police Force of the Indian National Capital, but my experience has been only good so far. They have been very helpful on the few occasions that I was in need.

Levi's Square

I am back, fighting the many viruses that attacked my PC. Thanks to everyone for all the comments. Since I was cut from the virtual world, I decided to shop till I drop. This is one of the Levi's Store, called the Levi's Square that occupies a prime location in the posh market of South Delhi, aptly named South-Ex. It was time my blog had a pic of a good looking dude. :-)

Jai Hanuman

This is a huge temple built in the shape of the Hindu monkey God - Hanuman.I have taken this photo from a moving vehicle and the bridge running across Hanuman's chest is the Metro Railway track.

Picadelhi Man

Well I have been pasting loads of street vendors and just did not want to give the idea that Delhi is just about that. Delhi has a wide range of restaurants that suit almost all pocket sizes. Plus some like Picadelhi adjacent to PVR Palaza is a place that can burn a hole in your pocket if its street food you go looking for in the place. Their chocolate truffle pastry is something I would recommend though. This particular photo is of presumably of an Englishman, whiling away his time looking at beautiful girls. The whole ambiance of Picadelhi has been done keeping various parts of London city in mind. Will get more pictures from there next time I feel lke paying a fortune for stuff I can get street cheap. :-)

Pomegranate Juice Seller

The Delhi temperatures have gone from bad to worse. In one of the worst days of the season, more so because the office air conditioner decided to ditch me, I thought of posting the picture of a Juice seller. These small, almost portable shops are a haven for people who want a healthy option for quenching their thirsts. I had a huge glass of Pomegranate juice. Yum :-)
